The Clean Energy is a strong area in Brazil and this is a new hera for internal products and customer portal. People needs to use a simple apps, intuitive and have match between your mental model and their needs. As a Product Designer, I led this new company moment with design patterns and fast prototype.

#Challenge

• Figma prototypes without consistency, neither textual nor visual;
• Web and Mobile app, old version;
• One Figma File, with all history about prototypes;
• Zero documentation about voice and tone;
• Handoff is a no word told before.

#Proccess and Strategy

• Organize the projects for themes, in projects Figma structure;
• To accelerate the draw step, we find and adopt RADIX UI Componentes (React library) and Tailwind CSS;
• Customize the Figma Community Style RadixUI to sketch brand book files (from Marketing);
• Create the first version documentation, with Zeroheight tool ❣️;
• Use the IA help to build descriptions, doe’s and don’ts rules for each component.
